We are back beginning May 17th now at 10am!

Join us for Yoga on the Farm! Sherri Keenan will give you an amazing experience in a number of different settings such as in the animal pasture with goats, with baby chickens, in the middle of a large open field, or potential in our 7,000 sq ft Serenity Barn.

Wherever it occurs, you will be sure to have a memorable experience and come to join us again and again.

The cost is only $10.00 or $7.00 if you purchase a wristband for farm activities for the day. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the gate.

Come early or stay after for fun on the farm or fall in love with our amazing café and its incredibly delicious food.

Classes are 10-11 am every Saturday unless there is a festival.

You’re invited to an afternoon of deep rest, connection, and reflection. Join me at Trinity Yoga Wellness Center on May 18th from 1-3pm for a delightful Shamanic Lower World Journey and Sacred Cacao Ceremony.

We’ll begin open the space with delicious cacao. Ceremonial cacao contains theobromine, a gentle, natural stimulant that increases circulation and opens the heart center, inviting warmth, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and others. We will then move to meditation with a gentle Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation sometimes called yogic sleep, that will lead you into a Shamanic Lower World Journey. In this grounded, peaceful space, you may meet spirit allies or animal guides who offer insight, comfort, and guidance unique to you.

In many cultures around the world, people have used rhythm, breath, and stillness to connect more deeply with themselves and the natural world. The Lower World in shamanic tradition is a grounded, supportive space. It is symbolic of deep inner wisdom and connection to nature. It’s not associated with judgment or fear, but rather with healing, insight, and peace. The Lower World is often experienced as a return to Mother Earth center, a nurturing, earthy realm where we feel held, safe, and supported as we reconnect with our inner truth and ancestral wisdom.

This journey isn’t about adopting a new or challenging your belief system, it’s simply an opportunity to pause, listen inward, and receive what your own spirit or understanding of the divine wants to show you. You’re invited to come as you are, with whatever beliefs you hold, and experience it in a way that feels right for you.

No matter your spiritual background or experience, you are welcome. This is a space for every body. A place to feel authentically supported, seen, and truly at hOMe.

This special session is only $25 pre-registration is recommended as space is limited. What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• A journal and pen
• Any cuddly comforts you’d like (The studio has extra bolsters and blankets.)
