Somatic belly dance involves concentrating on moving from within as musical vibrations move through the body.
It reduces stress and improves balance, strength, digestion, coordination, confidence, mood, and self-image.
It is low impact and beneficial to women of all ages and shapes.

The guided meditation will be followed by a relaxing sound bath with the soothing harmonies of crystal singing bowls and gongs.
Chairs are available or you may bring a mat, blanket and pillow to lie on the floor if you prefer.
