What we’re about

Join us twice a month for an energizing yoga fitness class designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and feel amazing. Our group goal is simple: move with purpose, support one another, and grow stronger together—physically and mentally.

We’re looking to connect with yoga lovers who are interested in combining traditional yoga with light weight training. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this class offers something for everyone.

Each session will be held at a private residence and will focus on flowing yoga sequences infused with light resistance exercises using small weights. Expect mindful breathing, balance work, and strength-building poses that leave you feeling empowered and refreshed. It’s the perfect blend of peace and power in a welcoming, supportive space.
