See all- From Confusion to Clarity: Becoming an Effective AI ChampionKiln, Boulder, CO
Kick off the new year with Women in AI Colorado! We have much in store for you including our first ever guest speaker, asks and offers and a new community directory.
We’ll begin the evening with a special talk by Melissa Reeve, co-founder of MarketingFrontier.ai who is also our new sponsor in 2025!
Titled “From Confusion to Clarity: Becoming an Effective AI Champion,” this talk will guide you from scattered experimentation toward purposeful AI integration regardless of your role.
Descrtiption: AI tools are everywhere, but many people find themselves stuck in what we call “Random Acts of AI”, where tools are available, yet there’s no clear plan or buy-in. In this talk, Melissa Reeve, co-founder of MarketingFrontier.ai, will share practical strategies to move from scattered experimentation to purposeful AI integration, no matter your role.
You’ll learn:- Why “random acts of AI” often lead to underwhelming results and how to avoid them.
- How to position yourself as an AI champion, build alliances, and get support, even when facing skepticism.
- Proven methods for managing organizational change and addressing resistance, including structured communication plans and actionable myth-busting techniques.
You’ll gain new ideas and a clear plan to introduce AI with trust and enthusiasm in your organization, armed with the confidence to influence adoption and make a measurable impact, whether you’re a team lead or an individual contributor.
Following Melissa’s talk, we’ll open the floor for our community “Asks and Offers,” where you can share resources, look for support, or highlight opportunities.
New Women in AI Community Directory Announcement
We’re excited to introduce our new directory, an emerging platform that promotes “women-championing-women” collaborations. Think of it as a curated hub where anyone facing AI challenges can easily connect with others ready to offer one-on-one support. (And we'll connect to allies of all genders to lend their expertise!).Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just getting started, this directory helps our community collaborate, learn, and grow together.
Join us to start the year off with fresh inspiration, actionable tips, and strengthened connections in the Women in AI Colorado community. We look forward to seeing you there!
