Women in Big Data (WiBD) is a Global non-profit organization with a mission to cultivate tangible opportunities, unlock talent potential through accessible training, act as a catalyst for advancement with thought leadership promotion, and empower equity allies of any gender. Broader diversity among leaders and practitioners will improve the use and function of big data, ensuring a future that is better for all of us. The WiBD community grew to over 18,000 members across 41 chapters and six continents, spreading inspiration, expanding networks, and promoting member success on an ever-expanding platform.

We’re excited to announce the upcoming Women in Big Data (WiBD) Speed Mentoring Event. This virtual event, taking place on April 30th, 2025, is designed to support women navigating career transitions.Attendees will participate in several rounds of speed mentoring with leading female experts in the big data industry, in a small group setting. The sessions will offer personalized guidance, practical advice, and the opportunity to ask meaningful questions.
In addition to expert insights, participants will have the chance to connect with other women in the field, share experiences, and expand their professional networks.
