- Gentle: A Path to Simplicity and Self- CompassionLink visible for attendees
In a world that celebrates “doing it all,” it’s no wonder women are facing unprecedented burnout. Despite cultural shifts and conversations around work-life balance, many women still find themselves giving more to others than they do to themselves. Let's change that on Wednesday, April 16th at 12:00 pm PST.
Join Courtney Carver, renowned minimalism expert for an empowering discussion on reclaiming your energy and mental well-being. Inspired by her new book, Gentle: Practices to Combat Overwhelm and Embrace Simplicity, Courtney will guide us through three transformative seasons—Rest, Less, and Rise—that offer actionable steps to break free from the cycle of “more.”
