This group is dedicated to sharing the world of Complementary, Holistic Medicine. Supporting others to Live Life in Wellbeing.
My name is Diane Mitchell, I am your group leader and work in the fields of Mindset, Mindfulness, and Meditation. As a holistic mindset practitioner, I work with people in 1:2:1 sessions and group work, assisting with change of mind and workshops to facilitate personal and business growth.
Hosting educational retreats, workshops, wellbeing days, wellbeing festivals, and online wellbeing Masterclasses for both business owners and members of the public.
No matter if you are well-versed in health and well-being, or someone interested in holistic wellness, dipping your toe in for the first time, this is the place for you.
