If you are a woman who is new to real estate investing or may already own investment properties, we welcome women of all levels and professions to come share experiences and learn in an unintimidating atmosphere. At our upcoming meeting we have a powerhouse when it comes to the New Construction / Multi Family World. Dr. Anuja Gupta will be joining us and telling her story. How she went from being a prestigious cardiologist to a successful Real Estate Developer / Entrepreneur.
Dr. Gupta started her real estate career in 2008 with her first purchase of a foreclosed condominium in Chicago. Starting with small properties fixing & flipping she built a successful real estate portfolio within 5 years.
In 2013 she entered the field of real estate development. Her first project was to develop a townhome community in Bourbonnais, IL. After successfully completing that development, in 2015 she embarked on a very ambitious development that combined her passions for medicine & real estate. Verandah Retirement Community is a $43 Million planned unit development in Schaumburg Township that includes independent senior living, assisted living & memory care designed to uniquely celebrate both Indian & American lifestyles.
