Bei der Swiss Usability Night hast du die Möglichkeit die Usability (Gebrauchstauglichkeit) von Softwarelösungen zu testen, zu teilen und gleichzeitig nette Leute kennenzulernen. Egal, ob du ein Technikliebhaber, ein Designenthusiast oder einfach nur neugierig bist - dieses Event ist für jeden geeignet!

Was erwartet dich:

• Usability Tests: Teste Softwareprodukte und teile dein Feedback. Deine Meinung hilft dabei, Produkte benutzerfreundlicher und intuitiver zu gestalten. Es hat 2 Test Sessions zu je 60 Minuten.
• Verpflegung: Für Apéro ist gesorgt und selbstverständlich gibt es eine Essenspause zwischen den Test Sessions.
• Networking: Knüpfe neue Kontakte, tausche Ideen aus, lerne interessante Menschen kennen
• Spaß: Entdecke Softwarelösungen und erlebe, wie deine Meinung direkt Einfluss darauf haben kann, wie sie sich entwickeln.

Do you think that in just over an hour you can understand user needs, find new ideas based on them, develop a prototype and finally get user feedback on the prototype? The answer should be: YES!
Design Thinking is a popular innovation approach for solving problems and developing new ideas that focuses on customer needs. It is an important tool to develop products that are desirable, marketable, and profitable with the customer at the centre. In our workshop you will experience the methods and mindset of Design Thinking first hand. You will go through all the steps of the Design Thinking process and design creative and user-centred solutions using prototyping in small teams with a lot of empathy and fun.

Key learnings
You will practice discovering and framing a challenge around human needs and you will experience, how working quickly and making fast decisions in teams leads to surprise, creativity, fun, and a lot of output. Plus, you’ll connect with like-minded professionals from Zurich’s vibrant product community.

Be there on time
After a short introduction, we will conduct a very intensive workshop. It is not possible to join during the workshop. Those who arrive after 18h can observe the workshop, but will probably not be able to actively participate.
