The teacher will demonstrate the poses and give clear directions with modifications for all levels, and newbies to enjoy.
Class duration, 75+ minutes.
After class, give extra time to enjoy the ocean.
This is a beautiful wide open area of the beach, very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all.

✨ Immerse yourself in the soundwaves of crystal healing bowls, bells, and the ocean waves designed to deeply relax, restore & enhance vitality.
✨Witness the mesmerizing sights of the Full Moon ascending over the ocean while the sun sets on the western horizon and soak in the healing vibes
✨ Using the lunar energy, let go of all that no longer serves you, with our seashell release ritual by the shore.
✨All attendees receive a healing crystal to keep & seashell for the release.

Movements & breathwork are guided but not required. This is a judgment-free, non-competitive healing space.
The teacher will demo movements and verbal guidance over a high-quality sound system for all to follow easily. All levels & newbies are welcome to join.
