Welcome to Yoga for everyBODY in the park! This is a group for anyone who wants to try yoga in a fun and supportive outdoor setting. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced yogis. Our classes focus on increasing strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a variety of poses and sequences. Come join us to stretch, relax, and connect with nature while improving your overall well-being.
