I offer a range of yoga and mindfulness classes in person and online. Regular classes include Seasonal Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Power Yoga, Mindfulness & Tea. I offer specialised courses in Mindfulness, Sun Salutation and other Yoga Masterclasses, Mindful Communication and Relationships, and more.

Happiness is a skill. This is what the ancient practice of mindfulness teaches, and what modern psychology research has shown. The wonderful thing is that this skill, just like driving or dancing, can be learned, and it can stay with you for a lifetime.
This 8-week Mindfulness Course will follow the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness. Each week will include some teaching, guided meditations, and opportunity to ask questions and connect with other meditators about your home practice. The course is accompanied by a book which includes all the teaching material, and a workbook to support your home practice. Online guided meditations are provided to support your practice.
The course includes:
• becoming more embodied
• working with thoughts and difficult feelings
• seeking out pleasure in our experience
• understanding different emotional systems, learning to self-regulate and bring more balance into life
• being more connected to yourself and other peopleAt the end of this 8-week course you will have a foundation in the skills of mindfulness, compassion, and meditation, and know how to apply them in your life in a way that really makes a difference.

We have chairs and a range of meditation cushions and can support you to find a comfortable posture – laying down is also welcome!
