Do you spend long hours hunched over a desk, glued to your computer, or staring at a screen? If you're feeling stiff and tense but aren’t sure where to start with yoga, this group is for you!

I’m not a yoga teacher, just a fellow professional who knows how challenging it can be to find time to stretch and move our bodies. This is a small, informal gathering where we’ll focus on simple stretches, basic movements, and gentle yoga poses designed to release tension and improve flexibility.

No experience required – just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and a yoga mat.

Please Note: This is not a formal yoga class and I am not a certified yoga instructor – I’m just someone who wants to share a bit of stretching time with others who could use it. If you're looking for advanced poses or specific techniques, this probably isn’t the group for you.
