What we’re about
The purpose of the group is to bring people in the community together for Sound Bath Meditation, Transformational Breathwork, and related "virtual" workshops and events. This Meetup is for people who are interested in Sound Healing and Vibration, Breathwork and related modalities including Meditation and Kundalini Yoga techniques to help balance and manage their busy lives. Life can be unpredictable and our goal is to help educate and offer people healthy, enjoyable practices to better manage the daily stress and anxiety that everyday life can create.
this group is for people who love the healing therapeutic and restorative yogas. We work on areas where the body accumulates stress and we work on reducing stress. We offer sound bath meditation experiences with a variety of modalities including guided meditation, Breathwork and Sound healing using a gong, singing bowls, chimes and a variety of other instruments to help balance the cells and frequencies of the physical and subtle body.
Please consider joining us for one of in person sound bath events designed to help connect you to your own inner guides and wisdom.
