With over 25 years of experience teaching yoga, Dr. Ken brings a rare blend of wisdom, depth, and approachability to every class. His teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just a practice—it’s a way of returning to ourselves in the midst of life’s chaos.
Trained in multiple lineages and deeply informed by his background in psychology and holistic health, Dr. Ken specializes in making yoga accessible and meaningful for all bodies and all seasons of life. His classes integrate mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional stillness, creating space for real connection—within and without.
