Life can sometimes be a whirlwind. Practicing and learning more about how we can incorporate self-care and mindfulness into our daily life habits can make obstacles feel like opportunities.

The events hosted are for any and all. You will experience a safe space, healing, stress relief, community, and maybe even learn a thing or two about yoga and mindfulness that you may not have already known.
