Practice vinyasa flow to yin yoga at North Carolina Museum of Art, outdoors near upper parking area in grass ellipse... (NOTE THIS GRASS LOCATION, as there are other groups that use NCMA grounds). WHEN YOU COME INTO THE PARKING LOT, DRIVE TO WHERE THE TWO PARKING LOTS ON BLUE RIDGE MEET, AWAY FROM THE MUSEUM. We practice in the grass Ellipse area:)

Bring a mat or towel for the ground; water; sunscreen; and anything else you may need for your outdoor yoga practice. You may also want a plastic liner for under your mat, if the grass is damp.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO GET PARKING AND FOR 5-10 MINUTE WALK TO THE LOCATION. I will be sending out exact location, as there isn't a pin on the map for this one for practice. Along Lake Johnson, Raleigh, near dam. This was such a delightful discovery as a short walk leads to a small open field!!! You can message me prior, but I will send exact grass location prior to class, to those signed up.

ALL LEVELS YOGA, INCLUDING NEW AND BEGINNERS. Come join our community as we explore our yoga and nature. 60 minute beginner to intermediate yoga class (options for all levels taught) beginning with a slower vinyasa flow to yin practice, ending in savasana.

Bring a mat, towel or liner for under your mat to protect it (if ground is damp or wet), water, block or anything you may need for your outdoor practice.

You may want to pack walking shoes, a book, snack, journal to make it a longer commune with nature, prior to or after the yoga class.

ALL LEVELS, including first timers, WELCOME. NOTE: SHOULD WE GET RAIN FOR THIS MORNING 11/27, AND CLASS BE CANCELED, IT WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, 11/29 AT 10 AM AT THIS SAME LOCATION. I WILL POST SEPARATELY FOR SIGNUPS, IF NEEDED:)
Join us on Thanksgiving morning for a vinyasa flow to yin practice ending in savasana as we explore "gratitude" the theme this month. Feel free to stay for hot tea and community gathering following class. Bring a friend or family member and let them enjoy the experience of yoga outdoors, in nature:)
