I’m creating a group for those looking to heal and recharge, inspired by my own journey overcoming depression and burnout. After exploring various retreats, mindfulness practices, and healing methods, I found deep peace in nature and want to share this with others who may be going through similar struggles. This group is a space for anyone seeking connection, mindfulness, and the healing power of the outdoors. We’ll meet to practice grounding techniques, explore forest therapy, and support each other in our wellness journeys. All are welcome.
